Setup TalonES for Sales / Inventory Syncing

Hi ________,

We have a dealership that has recently changed their Talon configs and I think they upgraded 

to a new SQL server because we are noticing that either the IPs are wrong or the ports are blocked.

I attached a document that explains how to check the ports on the server to make them unblocked. 

Normally if they are blocked then Al over there will unblock them and get it working again.

The IP that we are using for the Talon Server is ___________ (typically it's 192.168.0.200).

Can you confirm this is the correct IP and also confirm that the windows firewall is disabled

as well as the SQL ports are unblocked, if possible take a screenshot and send it back for our records.

Normally this is what the problem is, if the SQL ports are not enabled you can fwd it to Al I think 

he's the one that typically will have the authority to fix it and unblock it, I attached the document as well 

which explains how to do it.

If you have any questions please let me know, once it's done we'll test it on our side.
