HI ________,

We Need Your Help In Configuring Your Email System
It's _____ from More Than Rewards, I need your help in setting up the email marketing system. Google has recently made changes that require any dealer who wants to send email newsletters blasts out to white list their domain on our server. So in order do this we have to setup something called "DKIM" and "SPF" as well as "Domain Tracking".

This sounds more complex than it really is, if you want have your IT person contact us we can help otherwise all you have to do is login to where you have your domain registered. Most of the time this is done via Godaddy.com or NetworkSolutions.com or NameCheap.com. That's where most dealers buy their domains from, anyway you just need to login to this account and add the following DNS records.

=======

<INSERT EMAIL TEMPLATE FROM SOCKETLABS WHITE LIST DKIM>
YOU CAN FIND THIS USING PROCESS STREET PROCESS
"INTERNAL - Setup eMarketing DNS"

=======

If you are not familiar with this we can help you do this we would just need a login otherwise we could do a zoom meeting and do it together if you want.

YOUR EMAIL SYSTEM WILL NOT WORK UNTIL THIS IS DONE

---------------

WHY DO YOU NEED THIS:
- This is what tells email systems that "More Than Rewards" can send emails on your behalf. So you are authorizing us to send out email newsletters using your domain. If you don't do this you can still try to send email out but most of the time that email will get blocked or put in the spam box.

If you need help please give us a call at 414-326-4100

Thank You,
